AMERICAN Castings Wins Workforce Development Award

AMERICAN Castings is the winner of the 2015 Champion in Workforce Development Award by MidAmerica Industrial Park. The award recognizes the company’s commitment to the development of its workforce through tuition reimbursement and other leadership training opportunities. Of the more than 80 companies in the Industrial Park, AMERICAN Castings workforce development efforts were seen as the best.

“We value our employees and want them to be able to learn and grow – both professionally and personally,” said Human Resources Manager Lori Nichols. “We are so excited to receive this award and thankful for the resources in our own backyard – Oklahoma State University IT, Rogers State University and Northeast Technology Center – that help provide these opportunities.”
