Dave Stephens Named President of American Valve & Hydrant

Dave Stephens has been named president of American Valve & Hydrant (AVH) in Beaumont, Texas, following the retirement of Tim Sudela. Stephens has held various positions with AVH over the past 25 years and demonstrated his ability to address challenges with innovative solutions that drive substantial results.

Stephens joined AVH in February 1999 as a third-class machine operator and was later promoted to production control manager. In 2017, he was named Manufacturing director, where he was responsible for enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering a culture of excellence.
