Congratulations to Jonah Byrd on receiving a $2,000 scholarship through the Manufacturing Standardization Society’s (MSS) McClinton/Hannafin Scholarship Fund in 2024.

JDS partnered with AMERICAN to provide all the ductile iron pipe for this project, almost 120,000 feet of water and wastewater pipe in diameters 16 to 36 inches. Pipe was shipped once it was manufactured to a five-acre storage facility near the project site.

In 1984, Tina Hutchinson set the NCAA Division I Freshman record of 898 points scored. This record stood for 40 years.

ACIPCO partnered with Hearts in Hands to build a deck and wheelchair ramp for an ACIPCO-Finley neighbor. The additions will allow her to safely get in and out of her home, as she recovers from a stroke.

When the Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority engaged Ruby-Collins, Inc. to expand and upgrade its water and sewer system, Ruby-Collins President and CEO Scott Cline knew the job would be challenging – beginning with the project’s scale. A key feature in the upgrade was the installation of a 48-inch spiral-welded steel pipe water main that was coated in polyurethane and five miles long.
