AMERICAN Flow Control’s Brian Anderson Recognized as OAWU Associate Member of the Year

Congratulations to AMERICAN Flow Control Senior Territory Manager Brian Anderson for being named Associate Member of the Year by the Oregon Association of Water Utilities (OAWU). This award recognizes associate members who consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, leadership and a servant attitude.
The award recognition read, “OAWU has been impressed with AMERICAN Flow Control’s professionalism, attitude and care of the water and wastewater industry. They take pride in their work, are extremely conscientious, do not take shortcuts, are willing to learn and share the things they have learned with others.
“In addition, AMERICAN Flow Control has dedicated workers, and Brian Anderson has been a delight to work with. The company has been supportive of OAWU for many years and has gone out of its way to help and educate members. Simply stated, AMERICAN Flow Control exemplifies what OAWU and water is all about. Anderson began working for Waterous in 1989, the same year Waterous joined AMERICAN. Prior to this, he worked with Clackamas Water District in Oregon for more than 10 years. He is a member of OAWU, the American Water Works Association, Oregon Association of Water Utilities, Montana Rural Water and Alaska AWWMA.
OAWU is a nonprofit, independent association of water and wastewater utilities that was formed in 1977 to represent water utilities’ interests in the state legislature and provide technical assistance.
