Doll Receives AFS Outstanding New Committee Member Award

Melting Manufacturing Engineer Andi Doll received the American Foundry Society’s (AFS) 2026 Outstanding New Committee Member award for her contributions as a member of AFS’ Melting Methods & Materials Division.

Congratulations to Melting Manufacturing Engineer Andi Doll on receiving the American Foundry Society’s (AFS) 2026 Outstanding New Committee Member award for her contributions as a member of AFS’ Melting Methods & Materials Division. The award was presented to her during the Volunteer Leadership Awards Luncheon on April 14, 2026, at the 130th Metalcasting Congress in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Doll serves on the Melting Division’s Coreless Induction Furnace Committee and the Channel Induction Furnace Committee, to which she was recently named chair.

Doll joined AMERICAN in 2020 and brought with her previous experience in materials manufacturing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
