Team Cobra, a group of 9-12 year olds from Fargo, North Dakota was challenged with finding a way to improve the way people find, transport, use or dispose of water. The team’s solution, the ‘Freeze Float,’ detects when fire hydrants are full of water and could potentially freeze.
