Indicator posts are used to actuate and indicate open/shut status of gate valves. They are recommended for use in fire protection systems or installations where it is critical that valve status be known. The new IP16S Indicator Post is designed to mount directly to the indicator plate, making it an excellent option for OS&Y gate valve applications.
