Rosemary Burbulis Smud, a sales engineer with AMERICAN Ductile Iron Pipe, has announced her candidacy for presidency of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the largest nonprofit scientific and educational association dedicated to managing and treating water.

Sheri Snow, AMERICAN’s wellness manager, recently spoke at the 2013 America’s Safest Companies Conference in Atlanta. AMERICAN’s WellBody program, a risk assessment and incentive tool, was the topic of her presentation, part of a series of presentations at the conference on wellness best practices.
