Mallory Wilson was selected Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development for AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company in October 2020, bringing with her extensive experience in recruiting, hiring and training. Wilson joined ACIPCO in 2008 and has held positions as a human resources specialist in the Talent Acquisition and Development Department and Employee Relations, Compliance and Compensation Department. Prior to her recent promotion, Wilson was working as a process improvement analyst in Operational Excellence and Innovation and received her Six Sigma black belt certification.

Wilson graduated from Auburn University with her bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources in 2008 and completed her master’s in business administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2013. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Wilson and her husband Brian have two children, Luke and Lexie.
