Congratulations to Abby Scott on receiving a $2,000 scholarship through the Manufacturing Standardization Society’s (MSS) McClinton/Hannafin Scholarship Fund in 2022. Abby is the daughter of Derek Scott, AFC Sales, and a rising junior at Florida State University studying biomedical engineering. Abby was also a recipient of a 2022 ACIPCO/Eagan Foundation scholarship.

The MSS McClinton/Hannafin Scholarship Program was established in 2011 and provides annual cash awards of $2,000 to dedicated engineering and material science or metallurgy students interested in the valve and fittings industry. The children of AMERICAN employees have received scholarships 13 times since the fund was established.
